1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site, purchasing products, enrolling in courses, or using Agent HOPE, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("T & Cs") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2) Who May Use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase, enroll, or create an account. Parents may use the Site to support care of their own children.
3) Educational Use Only (No Medical Advice)

4) Accounts & Security

5) Purchases, Pricing & Taxes
Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Coupons or promotions may be limited or withdrawn at any time.
6) Access & “Lifetime Access”
Unless a product states otherwise, digital courses and resources include lifetime access while the Site remains in operation. We may update, reorganize, or retire materials of similar value/utility. If we discontinue the Site or a product, we may provide reasonable notice and/or a downloadable alternative when feasible.
7) Payment Plans & Failed Payments
If you choose a payment plan, you authorize recurring charges until paid in full. Failed payments may result in suspension of access until the balance is resolved.
8) Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we offer a 14‑day money‑back guarantee from the purchase date for core courses. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order email and reason. Refunds are not available for completed services (e.g., Compass Calls after they occur) or for downloadable products once accessed, unless required by law or expressly noted on the product page.
9) Community & Conduct
Treat all members with respect. No harassment, hate speech, spam, illegal activity, or unauthorized commercial promotion. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
10) Intellectual Property
All Site content, including courses, videos, worksheets, PDFs, logos, and Agent HOPE content, is owned by Mosaic Wellness, Inc., dba Developmental Wonders, or licensed to us, and protected by law. You receive a limited, non‑transferable license for personal, non‑commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, share login credentials, or create derivative works without written permission.
11) User Content
If you submit comments, testimonials, or materials, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, display, and adapt them for the Site and marketing in connection with the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy. Do not upload anything you don’t have rights to share.

We may modify or discontinue the Services in whole or part. We may update these T & Cs at any time; updates are effective upon posting with a revised Effective Date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These T & Cs are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction shall lie in state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
